Our systems
Nails
We use OPI products for colour, in three systems gel colour, infinite shine and lacquer. OPI was established in 1981 and is a reputable brand world wide, and is in fact the No 1 polish retailer worldwide. Their professional systems are well researched and developed, it is very best in nail care, with long lasting results. OPI gel colour is our most popular in salon service, with over 200 colours and prescriptive base coats, there's no wonder it's a NAILSPA favourite.
We also use ProSpa by OPI for manicure and pedicure services, all beautiful products that leave you with fantastic results. Manicure and pedicure products, that are skincare focused.
OPI Diamond Gel hard gel enhancements, are perfect for clients with troublesome nails. Long lasting enhancements that offer strength and length solution.
CND plexigel for builder gel overlays and extensions. For those nails that require more strength.

As for acrylic, we use NSI products: Attraction nail powders are innovative, highly advanced sculpting powders designed for professional application. Ensure strong, smooth and flexible acrylic nails every time
Skincare

Lashes
The creators behind LASHUS know Lashes and have for two years extensively researched and worked with chemists in state-of-the-art facilities, to bring you a pioneering, ‘stripped back’ lash-lift treatment. By getting rid of unnecessary chemically derived ingredients, LASHUS is proud to introduce the gentlest formula for lash treatments.
We prioritise customer service and your health whilst taking into to consideration latest fashion and trends. Products must meet health and safety standards for us to use them in salon.

Waxing
Developed for today’s modern active client, wax:one is THE solution for clients requiring a fast, comfortable waxing service with the highest quality products. Wax:one provides a simple, powerfully effective system that quickly gives super smooth results while minimising the risk of ingrown hairs.

In salon policies
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes things change, so if you need to move or cancel your appointment please do so with 24 hours notice, or you will be charged the full amount for your treatment.
You can cancel online, via email, socials or over the phone.
Lateness
Whilst we will try our best to accommodate you it is sometimes impossible at busy times. Please arrive on time allowing for parking and traffic. If you are late for your appointment we may have to reschedule or cut it short. Your treatment may be charged for in full.
No shows
We understand that sometimes things change, so if you need to move or cancel your appointment please do so with 24 hours notice, or you will be charged the full amount for your treatment.

Children in salon
We ask that you avoid bringing children to you appointments for the safety of children, clients and staff members. The salon environment is for all to enjoy and relax in. Under 18s in salon require a parent to be present at all times.
We offer Under 16s Mini Manicures,
Mini Pedicures and a brow wax, with parental consent and supervision.
Sterilization
Customer care is our top priority. We maintain impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the salon by sterilizing our tools at 134 degrees before each use, cleaning desks between clients, restocking with fresh towels and disposable files. We stay updated on the latest hygiene protocols, undergo regular education, and are fully insured for your peace of mind.
We ask our clients to wash their hands before our treatments.
Payment methods
Salon services can be paid for in salon, with cash, credit or debit cards, applepay or vouchers. We do not accept cheques.
Vouchers can be purchased in our online store or in salon.
Some of our offers include pre-payment for a series of treatments which are included in the offer. These treatments can be booked when purchasing the offer, or a later date at your covenience.
